In addition to positioning II Adam Ministries for growth, Gary, a lifelong Christian, is committed to Senior Pastor Moises’s vision to “inspire, instruct, and influence congregants – and empower each - to live life to the fullest in Christ.” Gary adds, “what Moises, Marcos, Rebecca and Miriam have built at II Adam Ministries is a testament to their individual and collective love of God – and their anointed purpose to bring the word of God - and His love - to the masses.” Gary believes strategic direction, a strong operations model, disciplined execution, and a culture grounded in traditional values and an esprit de corps will provide the building blocks necessary to scale the organization. Gary has two favorite scriptures:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” – Joshua 1:9
“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
