Pastor’s Playbook.

Both the business world and the church world have become frustrated with endless seminars and sermons that get people all fired up but leave them only marginally better off afterwards. Of course, seminars and sermons still play an important role in developing and shaping individuals; however, coaching, because of its intensity and its focus on getting things done, actually works.

Apostolic leaders are called, according to Ephisians 4:11-12, to equip emerging leaders. This is a calling to focus on the purposeful work of the mission by motivating, teaching and mobilizing staff members and volunteers to share in the work of the ministry. That is exactly what a coach does. In fact, for our modern-day culture, the word “coach” is the best description for what a pastor does for the church or ministry.

SO, LEAN IN AND JOIN PASTOR MOISES AS HE COACHES US UP IN THE WORD OF GOD!
